Cancellation Policy
At MyPilot.Online, we value your time and ours. To ensure that everyone can make the most of our Website & Brand Consultation sessions, we have the following booking and cancellation policy: Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are free of charge. Paid Cancellation Window: If you cancel between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session, a cancellation fee of CA$75 will be charged. Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: If you cancel less than 1 hour before the session or do not show up, a fee of CA$95 will apply.
