Fulfillment/Shipping Policy for MyPilot .Online

1. Service Request and Proposal Process: Customers interested in our Wix Website Design, Brand Creation, and SEO services can request a quotation through our website, through the wix marketplace at https://www.wix.com/marketplace/wix-partner/my-pilot-online or via email at connect@mypilot.online. We provide a detailed proposal via email, outlining the scope of the project and associated costs. The client is required to select a pricing option and express agreement to the proposal by typing their name.

2. Quotation Approval and Invoicing: Upon proposal approval, the client receives a formal quotation via email. To proceed with the project, clients must digitally approve the quotation by selecting the "Approve Quotation" button provided. An invoice for the project is subsequently sent, and in most cases, a 50% deposit is required before services are initiated.

3. Project Timeframe: The proposed timeframe for the project is included in the initial proposal. Clients must approve the proposal to agree to the project's timeline. We are committed to delivering projects within the specified timeframe, as agreed upon in the proposal.

4. Delivery of Completed Projects: Upon completion of the project, the final deliverables are sent to clients via email. Clients are kindly requested to confirm receipt of the product by responding to the email. As a part of our commitment to excellence, we encourage clients to leave a review for the services provided. Reviews contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

5. Website Design Delivery: For website design services, clients have the option to either have the website transferred to their ownership or access it as a role on their new website if we continue to manage it. These options are initiated through an email sent by Wix.

6. Communication and Support: We value open communication with our clients. If at any point during the process clients have questions or concerns, they are encouraged to reach out to our customer support team. We are dedicated to addressing any inquiries promptly.
