Refund/Cancellation Policy for MyPilot .Online

1. Returns and Refunds

At MyPilot. Online, we strive to provide top-quality Wix website designs, brand creation designs, and SEO services to our valued clients. We understand that there may be situations where you might need to request a return, refund, or cancellation. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

2. Return Policy Duration

Customers have a window of 14 days from the date of purchase to contact us regarding any concerns or issues with their website design and development services.

3. Unsatisfactory Design

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the design and development services, even if you have previously approved the design, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer the following options:

  • A credit towards future services of equal value.

  • A replacement service of the same value as your original purchase.

4. Refunds on Deposits

Refunds on deposits for services are available under the following circumstances:

  • If you contact our business within 24 hours of agreeing to a proposal or making a deposit payment on an invoice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if the 24-hour window has passed, unless the project has passed its delay time highlighted in 'Delayed Project Delivery' or does not perform as intended 'Defective Services' and a resolution is not reached within 30 days. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable if MyPilot .Online has already commenced with the design services after the 24-hour window. 

5. Delayed Project Delivery

If your project delivery date has exceeded 30 days beyond the agreed-upon timeline and you are unable to contact our business within 7 business days regarding the ongoing project, you may request a refund.

6. Defective Services

In the rare case that you receive a service or product that is defective or does not function properly, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Returns are only possible for defective services or products.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We value the opportunity to resolve any concerns you have with our services. Please allow us 30 calendar days to address and resolve your issue before initiating a chargeback or purchase dispute with your bank. If you do not hear from us within 14 days of our first response, you may proceed with the dispute process.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute before giving us the chance to resolve your issue may affect your ability to receive a satisfactory resolution.
